Keep Abortion Legalized
My research article that i will will be discussing is the legalize of abortions. This basically touch on why abortion shouldn’t be illagal and the reason what health situation can occur to this. Women are put in situations where they are left out on their own to take care of their child and aren’t financially stable. Women can be put in a bad predicament in being raped,having a baby at a young age and are not properly ready to take care of their child.
Women having the freedom to decide whether they want to keep a child is their right. Whether it is a young mother, olderly mother and a mother that couldn’t control the situation she was in. This needs to be an eye opener for the world not because they’re trying to make abortion illegal but your taking away woman right. This can save a lot of women from their health and can be a break down and become something that can put a lot of stress on some of these women. Just because some of these women didn’t have the guidance or help especially the younger teenagers that don’t know any better.

The author writes about why women should have the right to continue to make a life changing decision when finding out about having a child. Author also talk about how that their were “ 23.7% percent of woman will have an abortion by the age of 45 and that 926000 were done in the USA in 2014’’(lancent) another big part that the author included is The Guttsmccher – lancet commission on sexual health and rights . he also explains the law information containing why abortion is important and why it should stay legalized in all states. “2019 Commission on the legal determinants of health stated, “laws that are poorly designed, implemented, or enforced can harm marginalised populations and entrench stigma and discrimination”.(Lancet) why he says this is because there are many different groups that are being targeted such as blacks and hispanic groups. This can be a huge problem due to women not feeling comfortable to speak up because they feel that the world is against them and make them feel bad about themself when really they know what’s best for them. “Preventing women and girls from accessing an abortion does not mean they stop needing one. That’s why attempts to ban or restrict abortions do nothing to reduce the number of abortions, it only forces people to seek out unsafe abortions”. (amnesty) unintended pregnancy carried out either by persons lacking the necessary skills or in an environment that does not conform to minimum medical standards, or both.
Some people may say its murder but its not. “For a fertilized egg, there is no consciousness and also no history of consciousness (unless you believe in reincarnation). Even though all the DNA is there, the fact that there’s no higher brain activity strongly suggests that there’s no consciousness’’.(smith) because there is an egg in the ovaries doesn’t mean it is living or has a heartbeat. “We generally reserve the word”human “ or”child “ to refer to a thinking, feeling being. So calling an embryo an “unborn child” is odd, since it masks clear distinctions between an (unconscious) embryo and a (thinking, feeling) child.”.(smith)
Some fallacies that i want to discuss is bandwagon appeal: Abortion is an act of violence against another human being simply because that human being is deemed “unwanted” or an “inconvenience” or “disabled” or “not conscious of his own life.” simply because there is a type of form that is being created that it could possibly be life that the baby shouldn’t be aborted, but the whole thing is that it doesn’t have a heartbeat so how can you seek that human life can occur. Beginning the question: “Just because preborn human beings can’t stand up for themselves and can’t speak to say that their lives matter, too, doesn’t mean it is right or acceptable for us to see them as inferior and kill them for it”. So that the unborn cannot stand up for themselves that means they should not be aborted. Their unborn child isn’t born and doesn’t have a heartbeat means there is no human life so you couldt be killing the unborn baby. The hasty generalization “What abortion does to a preborn human would never be allowed or accepted if it were done to an animal, never mind a born person. We can’t continue to say abortion is just a ‘belief’ and look the other way. After all, hate crimes are fueled by a person’s beliefs, and we know how the majority of Americans – and you and me, personally – feel about hate crimes”. Like the article says “preborn” which means before life so of course they wouldn’t have life to know what is happening because they have no heartbeat that is being detected.
Throughout this essay my claim is that abortion shpuld continue to be legalize and not made illagal in the United States. The main point is that woman should have a choice and voice to whether they want to have an abortion beacuse evryone all has their personal reason to why they have abort a baby before life as in meaning before having a heartbeat or not. Which is stated clearly throughout this analyze essay. This is appropriately qualified because because its giving the opposing side information from the supreme court on why abortion is not bad thing to do. How the writer appeal to readers because saying that we are for abortion readers can feel a dffeerent way towars the sition due to the fact that people have religious reason or just against abortions.The way i feel about this situation is seeing how much people stress and want to end there life do to why they dont want a child is understanding, because at the end of the day everyone is prepared to take care of another life. This argument can be solved and mutual if everyone can see situations through others eyes such as mothers not being financially stable, having a child at a young age and being raped forcing a woman to produce a possible life. Sitting people down and showing the world how abortions saved some women life and being able to hear reasons on why they felt the need to proceed to go through the prodedure. So the opposing side can hear some women’s problems and come to a mutual feeling.
