A multimedia presentation in which students will evaluate a sample of a global social policy.

Working in teams, prepare a Multimedia Presentation to discuss and analyze the strengths and limitations of a current social welfare policy in terms of the functions of the provision of social services and protection of the vulnerable. The presentation should highlight what problem or need the policy is expected to address, who is affected and how, and the extent to which the policy has worked in practice. Identify any shortcomings of the policy and suggest improvements.
Be sure to apply the theoretical frameworks discussed in the course as any other evidence to your description, critique and analysis. In preparing this assignment, in addition to academic sources, you may wish to use available data, reports from local or international resources as well as media.
